Head of Project Implementation/Member of the Executive Board

In this key position, you will lead a team of around 15 people and lead your department in personnel, technical, and financial terms. You coordinate your employees, ensure information and communication within the department, negotiate with clients as well as contractors, and support the creation of quotes and offers. You are responsible for forward-looking deployment and resource planning, are responsible for continuous process and quality improvement, and represent the company. In doing so, you maintain professional, convincing contact with customers, companies, and authorities. As a member of the executive board, you actively help shape the strategic company direction and further development and consistently implement company goals. You recognize opportunities and risks and further develop the range of services accordingly.

We are addressing a flexible personality who is convincing both professionally and personally, with higher vocational training in the construction and real estate sector as well as several years of leadership experience. Additionally, you have sound knowledge of business administration as well as quality and process management and have experience in interdisciplinary cooperation. You are a team player, decisive as well as assertive, and work independently and reliably.
