In this role, you combine specialist know-how in the claims process with business and IT perspectives and ensure that our processes become more efficient, more digital, and more customer-oriented.    What you will achieve with us ## As a Business Analyst in our agile network organization, you identify and analyze customer needs and ensure professional requirements management.   You accompany modernization and digitalization projects in the claims area, drive the further development of our applications, and support stable operations in the sense of DevOps.   With your networked thinking and your initiative, you ensure clear and transparent communication between specialist departments, IT, and other stakeholders within and outside the network organization. In this way, you make a direct contribution to efficient and customer-oriented claims processing.  What you bring with you ## • Higher education or further training in business administration or computer science  • Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Engineer  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in claims settlement  • Agile mindset and willingness to work in our organization designed according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) - both on-site and in cooperation with offshore teams  • Strong ability to recognize complex connections and develop solution-oriented results  • Confident appearance when dealing with different stakeholders in Business and IT  • Fluent German skills and good English skills  Working with us ## With us, you work in a committed, agile team.
