The goal is to enable residents to live as independently as possible in their familiar environment despite health restrictions. The range of services includes: - Basic care (e.g., personal hygiene, mobilization) - Treatment care (e.g., administration of medication, wound care) - Domestic support - Care for relatives Job Description ## • Support for certified nursing specialists in the medical field. • Care, support, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs. • Implementation of the nursing process in cooperation with certified nursing specialists. • Instruction and support of apprentices and interns. Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ. • Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people. • Strong social competence. • Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team. • Knowledge of IT/PC applications. • Good German skills in speaking and writing.
