Work location: Zurich region & Remote Work, part-time from 80% possible Do you want to actively help shape the world of CRM, marketing automation, and personalized customer communication? At Swisscard, you will work on data-driven customer journeys along the entire customer lifecycle with a direct influence on engagement and customer behavior. Our CRM team in the Marketing & Sales area is responsible for lifecycle management for existing customers - from activation and usage to up-/cross-selling and retention. For the further development of our marketing automation, we are looking for a motivated, creative, and analytical personality. YOUR TASKS • With your experience in data-driven customer communication, you plan and implement personalized CRM campaigns and customer journeys along the customer lifecycle, from activation and usage to up-/cross-selling and retention. • You use your understanding of marketing automation to actively help shape the further development of our platform and to support the construction of new functions and processes. • You develop target group-oriented content and work together in a team on personalized communication approaches. • With your holistic view, you implement campaigns across channels (e.g., email, app, push) and further develop existing dialogue paths. • Your analytical way of working helps you to analyze campaigns, evaluate KPIs, and derive concrete improvements. • You contribute to A/B tests and help to continuously develop campaigns and journeys. • You use new technologies in a targeted manner to make content and personalization more efficient and relevant with modern tools, including AI. YOUR PROFILE • You have 2-5 years of experience in the CRM, lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation environment. • Ideally, you bring experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign or comparable). • You have a higher education or a degree in the field of marketing, communication, economics, or a comparable qualification. • You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
