Internship for Commercial School Students HMS with Vocational Baccalaureate (m/f/d) Human Resources, Zurich / hybrid

What you will achieve:

Joint handling of all personnel processes related to the employment relationship with our HR service partners - from entry through changes, handling of illnesses and accidents as well as maternity and paternity leave to exit, including payroll
Processing the recruitment process such as publication of job advertisements, management of the applicant database and interview coordination
Coordination of the processes for interim and work references
Management of the HR mailboxes
Support and participation in HR projects
