Salesperson (m/f/d) | Part-time

Introduction

For our client in the Basel area, we are looking for motivated and customer-oriented salespeople (m/f/d) in a part-time capacity, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Do you enjoy customer contact and advise with enthusiasm? Whether with completed training in retail or due to several years of professional experience in sales - if you enjoy working in a team and want to take on a responsible task, we look forward to your application.

With good performance, there is the possibility of long-term cooperation and a later permanent position.

Tasks

• Competent and friendly advice to customers
• Active sales and support of the entire assortment
• Ensuring an attractive presentation of goods
• Replenishing and managing the sales areas
• Checking stock levels as well as refilling the shelves
• Support with seasonal actions and promotions
• Operation of the cash register system if required
• Compliance with quality, safety, and company standards

Profile

• Completed training in retail or several years of professional experience in sales
• Experience in a DIY store, construction, garden, sanitary, electrical, or craft environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and advising
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Flexibility regarding work assignments, including on Saturdays
• Well-groomed appearance and good German skills
