Customer Service Assistant # Company Description ## In the context of the exceptional passage of the Tour de France Féminin in the Lausanne region and in order to accompany, guide and inform the population as well as public transport users during this international scale event, we are recruiting, on behalf of our client Transports publics de la région lausannoise (TL), several: Customer service assistant (M/F) ## Mission for Saturday 01 août 2026 ### Job Description ## • You provide information on pedestrian routes and present the public transport network, • Guide, reassure and accompany customers • Transmission of information (relay) between assistants, • You provide your support to a high-traffic area or an unforeseen event. Profile sought ## • You have a sense of contact and customer service, • You reside in the region and know Lausanne and its public transport network perfectly, • You perfectly master the French language and have interpersonal ease, • You are recognized as an empathetic, proactive and reactive person, • You are comfortable with your smartphone and TL / CFF / WhatsApp applications.
