Your tasks

As Manager, you take overall responsibility for our branch and are an important contact person for our team as well as our customers.

• Leadership, motivation, and further development of the team
• Responsibility for the personnel and operational management of the specialty store
• Active and competent advice for our customers
• Ensuring a high quality of consultation and service
• Responsibility for turnover, goals, and business-related key figures
• Planning and organization of daily business
• Promotion of a positive and appreciative working climate
• Implementation of the company strategy and sales goals
• Ensuring an appealing product presentation
• Role model function in consultation, sales, and customer service

What you bring with you

• Completed training in ophthalmic optics, ideally as Augenoptiker EFZ or dipl. Augenoptiker
• Several years of professional experience and ideally leadership experience
• Joy in leading, promoting, and motivating people
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility
• Sales strength and enthusiasm for high-quality eyewear and current trends
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident, sympathetic, and professional appearance
• Joy in teamwork and shared successes
