Tasks

• Prepare and provide mise en place, production work
• Active cooperation in the kitchen as well as support for the kitchen team
• Compliance with recipes and ensuring quality
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene standards in the area of responsibility
• Various tidying and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Professional experience as an assistant cook
• Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
• Enthusiasm for the cooking profession and enjoyment of contact with guests
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• German language skills at A2 level, English language skills an advantage
