Tasks

Your tasks are versatile:

• You record and coordinate calibration, repair, and sales orders.
• You are an important contact person for customers – on the phone and in the business.
• You create sales and service offers and also recognize sales opportunities in the process.
• You coordinate the flow of goods of customer measuring devices from goods receipt to shipment.
• You organize forwarding orders and ensure smooth processing of export deliveries.
• You work closely with internal departments and ensure that processes function pragmatically, efficiently, and in a customer-oriented manner.

Skills

You are a person who likes to take responsibility, thinks ahead, finds solutions, and feels comfortable in a technical environment.

Ideally, you bring with you:

• Training in the commercial or logistics field, as a Logistiker/-in EFZ or Kauffrau/-mann EFZ.
• Experience in order processing, logistics, administration, or in sales back office.
• Interest in technical devices and calibration services.
• Export knowledge or experience in export processing is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a perceptible service mentality.
• An independent and well-organized way of working.
