YOUR TASKS - FOCUS ON EXCELLENCE As a Senior Physician in our interdisciplinary emergency center, you will take on a responsible key position. You are part of a dynamic team that cares for over 13,000 emergency patients annually - outpatient as well as inpatient. • Independent performance of emergency medical assessments and interventions, supported by an experienced network of attending physicians • Active participation in internal continuing education as well as clinical quality initiatives • Commitment to training: You specifically promote our resident physicians, medical students and Nurse Practitioners - practical, collegial and at eye level YOUR PROFILE - FOR A POSITION WITH IMPACT You are characterized by medical competence, leadership potential and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary emergency care. • Specialist physician preferred in General Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Anesthesia or Cardiology - other specialties are also very welcome if appropriate • Federal medical diploma or MEBEKO-recognized degree • Specialist title (CH or equivalent) • Valid ACLS and/or ATLS Provider certificates (mandatory) • Additional designation in clinical or pre-clinical emergency medicine (SGNOR) as well as training in sonography is an advantage • Strong teamwork skills, solution-oriented thinking and resilience in demanding situations • Pedagogical skill and enjoyment of teaching responsibility • Very good German and/or French skills - ideally understanding in the respective other language OUR OFFER - YOUR PERSPECTIVES 🌿 Development & continuing education • SGAIM continuing education center Category IV for outpatient General Internal Medicine and Category B/C for inpatient General Internal Medicine are in preparation • Wide spectrum of AHA-certified courses (ACLS/BLS) as well as targeted support for external training (SGAIM, SGNOR) • Close interdisciplinary cooperation in a modern private hospital environment • Independent patient care with support from an experienced medical team 🌿 Responsibility & career • Shift leadership function with influence on clinical processes • Participation in the resuscitation team • Option for further development to Senior Physician with special function (mbF) if appropriate • Participation in strategic projects for the further development of the emergency center 🌿 Network & future • Active cooperation with partner clinics of the Hirslanden Group - to expand your clinical and operative competencies • Integration into a collegial, future-oriented leadership team WHY IS IT WORTH WORKING WITH US? • We work appreciatively and respectfully with each other at eye level • Possibility for work organization with flex and leisure-plus models • Above-average night and weekend allowance of CHF 10.- per hour • Many discounts and benefits in the fitness center, from over 100 service providers, leisure events and mobile subscriptions As a Hirslanden employee, benefit from many other benefits!
