In our processing department, the cut flowers are checked for quality, cut on the belt, packaged, and placed in water. Together with the Head of Processing, our dedicated and responsible team leaders bear the daily responsibility in various functions. You manage the work preparation, monitor the manufacturing process, and are the contact person for our marketing departments. Part of the work is carried out in the cold room (temperature approx. 4°). In the function as <<Admin>>, you are responsible for the entire work preparation and constant overview of the manufacturing process. As Team Leader <<Packstrasse>>, you are responsible for efficient palletizing and the provision of the processed goods in the outgoing cooler as well as for the outgoing inspection. Your profile. We are looking for a respectful, independent, and physically resilient person with a completed vocational apprenticeship as a logistics specialist or similar and initial experience as a leader in a manufacturing company (preferably in the fresh produce business). You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and act as a role model. With your good administrative and communicative skills, you support our appreciative team culture and a positive working atmosphere. Passion for fresh products, willingness to work flexible hours including 1-2 Saturdays per month, German as a native language, good MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for inventory management systems are considered a matter of course.
