Personnel Advisor 80% (M/F)

Mission: Within the framework of unemployment insurance, you advise the unemployed, establish their professional assessment, and direct them towards professional development measures adapted to their situation. You are responsible for maintaining and developing regular contacts with companies in order to promote the placement of job seekers. You intervene actively within the framework of inter-institutional collaboration. Profile: You hold a federal diploma as a specialist in human resources or social insurance, or are willing to undergo this training within three years of your engagement. Holding a CAS in job coaching and active placement (JCPA) or the title of specialist in professional integration (SIP) is an asset. You have higher vocational training in one of the sectors of our economy and can justify two to four years of experience acquired in this field as well as in the supervision of female and male employees. At ease in human contacts, you demonstrate excellent active listening, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a great capacity for adaptation. You possess very good knowledge of the Jurassian economic fabric and social legislation. You master IT tools. Knowledge of other national or foreign languages is an additional asset.
