Your tasks:

• Independent management and organization of construction projects in road and civil engineering
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of all construction processes
• Responsibility for the timely, economical and qualitatively flawless execution of construction work
• Leadership and coordination of foremen, supervisors and construction site personnel
• Organization and monitoring of surfacing, asphalt and road construction work
• Planning and coordination of machine, material and personnel deployment
• Creation and monitoring of construction programs and schedules
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants
• Monitoring of costs, budgets and economic efficiency of the construction projects
• Creation of offers, calculations, measurements and construction accounts
• Organization and procurement of construction materials, construction machinery and work equipment
• Carrying out regular construction site inspections and construction meetings
• Monitoring of road renovations, utility works and surfacing installations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations
• Contact person for clients, engineers, authorities and other project participants
• Independent support of the construction projects from work preparation to acceptance

Your profile:

• Completed further training as a construction manager or a comparable construction technical qualification is an advantage
• Completed basic training as a road builder EFZ or in a related construction profession is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager in road or civil engineering
• Sound knowledge in road construction, surfacing and general civil engineering
• Experience in the independent management and organization of construction sites
• Very good knowledge in the planning and execution of road construction projects
• Experience in asphalt and surfacing construction as well as in road renovations
• Good knowledge in construction planning, calculation and cost control
• Experience in dealing with construction plans, bills of quantities and construction accounts
• Confident use of MS Office and common construction software
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong cost awareness
• Leadership competence, organizational strength and assertiveness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing required
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• High sense of responsibility and good communication skills
