The Klinik Arlesheim is an acute care hospital with 90 inpatient beds in the areas of oncology, internal medicine and psychiatry/psychosomatics, as well as an oncology day clinic with 24 beds. The outpatient primary care offering includes gynecology, dermatology, general practitioner medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology and pneumology. The emergency department is open around the clock. Medical diagnostics and therapy are based on the modern possibilities of scientific medicine. As the first anthroposophical clinic worldwide, Klinik Arlesheim has more than 100 years of experience with the integrative concept of anthroposophical medicine.

We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a:

for our Ambulatorium Pfeffingerhof with a focus on general medicine

Task profile:

• Responsible for the (annual) planning and organization of outpatient consultation and examination appointments in the field of general medicine
• Various administrative activities (mail triage, post triage, administrative patient management including service recording, scanning, preparation of orders and prescriptions etc.)
• Internal and external telephone management with patients, referrers, hospitals etc.
• Co-design and further development of our processes in a constantly evolving outpatient clinic
• Reception of patients
• Assistance with minor operative procedures
• Independent performance of EKGs, blood sampling, infusions, injections, etc.

You bring with you:

• Completed training as an MPA with professional experience
• Mastery of the German language; good English and French skills as well as further language skills are an advantage
• Openness to anthroposophy
• A structured, calm, efficient and independent way of working as well as quick comprehension and the ability to prioritize
• A high sense of responsibility and quality
• A reliable, proactive, friendly and uncomplicated as well as resilient personality, who finds it easy to deal with changes and enjoys working in a team
