Construction Foreman

We are looking for: Construction Foreman with workload 100%.

Tasks:

• Leadership of the construction site team and own objects
• Measuring according to plan with robotic station
• Material management and ordering
• Compliance with instructions, efficient team performance, motivation
• Shuttering with PERI-Trio wall formwork, slab formwork with Topec elements and conventional
• Stripping and recessing, concreting and vibrating, reinforcing and armoring, stripping and cleaning
• Monitoring and collaboration with internal civil engineering/excavation
• Reporting using iPad, open internal exchange

Requirements:

• German language required
• Completed training as a construction foreman FA (GBS is an advantage) should be available
• Willingness to perform and company interest, future-oriented and open-minded

• New buildings of EFH and MFH
• Smaller superstructures
• Industrial and commercial buildings
• Various conversions and extensions
• Interface to internal civil engineering/excavation
• Region Rorschach/St. Gallen/Rheintal/Bodensee (20km)
