What you can contribute

• Ensure that all cable installations of the Army Logistics Center (CLA) are operated in a safe, reliable manner and in compliance with legal provisions, thereby contributing decisively to the safety of persons and equipment
• Ensure the technical management and support of machine operators as well as cable installation operators
• Independently execute maintenance, repair, extension, and modification work on cable installations, lifting devices, handling systems, and automation installations
• Analyze malfunctions, establish diagnostics, and implement technical restoration and optimization measures
• Lead the dismantling and decommissioning operations of cable installations and transport systems as part of projects, and supervise work teams
• Participate in the development of maintenance concepts as well as the training of system operators, installation managers, and users

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training as a cable installation mechatronics technician CFC
• Technical manager training according to the IKSS directives (Intercantonal Agreement on Swiss Ropeways) or willingness to acquire it
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and operation of technical installations
• Autonomous, customer-oriented, and cooperative working method, as well as good communication skills
• Good physical condition and absence of vertigo
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
