We wish to recruit an Administrative & Technical Assistant – Permanent position – 100%

Mission :
-------------

• Prepare complete public and private tender files (tenders, annex documents, administrative documents).
• Draft, format, and manage technical and administrative documents on a recurring basis.
• Centralize and organize documents relating to offers, supplier invoices, and purchase orders via software.
• Manage the filing and archiving of documents via GED (electronic document management).
• Ensure the routine administrative management of the office (reception, mail, supplies, administrative follow-up).

Profile
----------

• CFC in commercial employee or equivalent training.
• Excellent command of French, oral and written, with good writing skills.
• Proven experience in the preparation of tender files, ideally in the construction industry.
• Good mastery of IT tools: MS Office, Baubit, GED, and IT servers.
• Organization, rigor, and a sense of priorities in document management.
• Team spirit and good interservice communication.
