The Kita Paradies is looking for a motivated and committed personality from 1 January 2027 to the end of December 2027. Tasks ## • You provide individual and collective care within the framework of the pedagogical concept. • You promote self-reliance and independence, linguistic, motor and cognitive development, as well as integration into the group. • You can help shape a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life that gives the child security and enables the development of trust. • You independently undertake delegated tasks, such as settling-in periods, targeted observations, co-designing parent events, passing on information within the team, to parents and specialists. • You instruct trainees in consultation with the vocational training officer of the Kita. Profile ## • A completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, specialization children • Interest in education-oriented Kita pedagogy (BuLG, Pikler) • Joy in caring for infants and toddlers • Personal maturity, resilience and good organizational skills • Administrative and organizational skills as well as good PC skills We offer ## A demanding, varied challenge in a dynamic and pedagogically oriented environment, where working with children is the central focus. The childcare division of the Soziale Einrichtungen und Betriebe operates 11 Kitas, a crisis intervention and a residential group for toddlers, a family meeting point and "accompanied visitation meeting offers" at two locations for families in conflictual separation situations in the Stadt Zürich. The Kita Paradies in the Gesundheitszentrum Entlisberg in Wollishofen is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The Kita is surrounded by a garden with varied play opportunities and a small animal zoo on the premises.
