Founded in 1997, AxelCare AG is headquartered in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and operates in Switzerland. AxelCare is recognized by health insurance companies and, through the high-quality care of its multidisciplinary team and in close cooperation with various actors in the field of home healthcare, contributes to ensuring that patients can remain at home. AxelCare offers its services in the areas of ventilation and artificial nutrition for patients at home and in institutions. For the region Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, Luzern, Basel we are looking for: A nutritionist, a nutritionist SVDE 80% - 100% Immediately or by arrangement, permanent employment Your tasks: • Autonomous nutritional therapy care of malnourished patients at home • Close cooperation with hospitals, Spitex and treating physicians • Support of nursing homes in the nutritional therapy of malnourished patients • Further development of the services of AxelCare AG in the region • Training of patients and their environment in handling clinical nutrition Your profile: • BSc Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent training • Interest in clinical nutrition and outpatient counseling • Resident in one of the above-mentioned cantons (or near these cantonal borders) • Independent and interdisciplinary way of working • Flexible, dynamic and ready to invest • Driver's license • Good knowledge in handling common IT programs • French language skills are an advantage Our offer: • Work from home (office equipment will be provided) • Company car • 5 weeks vacation • Great working atmosphere in a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchy • Discounts in our pharmacy We look forward to meeting you!
