We are looking for a: Specialized Educator – Personal Development Workshops and Animation \- CDI/CDD between 60% and 100% At the Institution de Lavigny, we support adults with disabilities, suffering from intellectual impairment and multiple disabilities, on a daily basis. The team in charge of activities and animations offers workshops, leisure activities and outings from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Your mission As part of the reorganization of our services, we are looking for a specialized educator to join the Activities team of the Socio-educational Accommodation Department (Personal Development Workshops and Animation). The objective is to support the people welcomed during adapted educational or playful activity times, by proposing collective or individual care. Your main responsibilities Ensure the implementation of support through personalized activities adapted to the skills, needs and projects of the people welcomed. Participate in, implement and evaluate personalized educational projects. Lead structured activities, developing skills, providing physical and mental well-being. Collaborate closely with the educational teams of the accommodation as well as with the various partners in the network. Participate in team meetings, institutional reflections and the writing of observations and assessments. Actively contribute to a safe, structuring and benevolent environment. Your profile Specialized educator diploma or title deemed equivalent. Creativity and/or manual and artistic skills Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team. Sense of responsibility and professional commitment. Mastery of common IT tools and writing ease.
