Polymechaniker CNC (m/w/d) ###

immediately or by arrangement

Your Tasks ###

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning, milling, and turn-mill machining centers
• Manufacturing of high-precision components and demanding small series according to technical drawings and production documents
• Responsibility for on-time and qualitatively flawless production
• Execution of dimension and quality controls according to inspection plans
• Ensuring a stable and economical manufacturing process
• Execution of maintenance and repair work on the production systems
• Ensuring the technical operational readiness of the machines
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (KVP)
• Support in the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area according to 6S standards

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a production mechanic, polymechanic, or comparable basic technical training
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing
• Experience in the independent setup and operation of CNC machining centers
• Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Exact, quality-conscious, and careful way of working
• High level of initiative as well as independent and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
