Project Manager for professional integration 100 % (m/f/d)

Your new challenge:

Each month we train approximately 30 to 40 participants in the field of warehouse logistics as well as retail. These basic courses each include an internship, where the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part of the course is consolidated through practice.

In this function, you will assume the following tasks:

• Connecting course participants with internship locations or employers
• Acquisition of new internship employers
• Supervision and support of participants (as a coach and coordinator)
• Reporting for the assigning organizations (intermediate and final reports)
• Carrying out evaluations in our training centers (mainly in ZH and LU)
• On-site visits to internship employers to strengthen partnerships
• Support for internal sales and other administrative tasks

• can justify several years of professional experience and a solid basic training
• demonstrates tenacity and perseverance for the acquisition of internship places
• ideally comes from the field of recruitment or professional coaching
• enjoys working with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
• counts among their strengths organizational skills as well as a solution-oriented and efficient approach to work
• looks forward to travel (approximately 20 % of working time; in Switzerland)
