HR Employee – temporary assignment

The Schule für Gestaltung Bern und Biel is the significant competence center for vocational and continuing education in the fields of design, communication, media, and art with a strong supra-regional impact. Up to 2000 learners, students, course participants, teachers, employees, and guests come and go here per semester. In this creative environment, the HR team ensures that personnel processes run smoothly. It supports teachers, employees, and managers in all HR matters and thus contributes to the success of the school. For our Bern location, we are looking for a committed personality for a temporary assignment until at least 31. October 2026, starting on 15. August 2026 or by arrangement. You will support our HR team during a transition phase and take on varied tasks in personnel administration and HR consulting.
