Operations Electrician / Automation Technician EFZ (m/f) - 100% ##

In the Electrical Maintenance Services department at the Bern location, we are looking for a solution-oriented and team-capable operations electrician, automation technician, electrical engineer, or a comparable specialist (m/f/d) for the maintenance of our plants and apparatus.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Successful and efficient implementation of maintenance orders on our highly automated production plants
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting on production and infrastructure plants
• Carrying out maintenance work on machines and electrical devices
• Creation of measurement protocols as well as carrying out calibrations on measuring systems
• Accompanying and supporting process optimization projects
• Ensuring technical documentation as well as carrying out further documentation tasks

You possess the following competencies and experiences:

• Successfully completed vocational training as Automation Technician EFZ, Electrical Installer EFZ, Electromechanic EFZ, or a comparable training
• Further training opportunities such as Automation Specialist, Electrical Engineer HF, or Maintenance Specialist with federal diploma are available
• Ideally initial professional experience in plant, process, or packaging technology maintenance, in industry or building services, preferably in the pharma or food industry
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), preferably Schneider Electric or Siemens, is an advantage
• Committed, solution-oriented, and curious personality with a strong team spirit
• Great interest and passion for dealing with complex technical plants
• Conscientious and reliable personality with strong communication skills and high social competence
• Good MS Office skills
• Business fluent German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work in a clearly structured three-shift operation (early, late, and night shift) with flexible working hours and long-term predictable shift planning
• Driving license category B
