Specialist Occupational Health and Safety (m/f/d) Your tasks Close cooperation with the existing ASA team as well as active further development of the safety culture Advising, supporting and accompanying managers and employees in everyday work Presence in the company and practice-oriented, solution-oriented approach to topics Conception and implementation of practical workshops, training sessions and instructions Analysis of accident numbers and employee reports as well as active implementation of concrete measures Conducting regular safety tours and risk assessments Empowering managers to model safety in everyday life (“Safety First”) Work with internal tools as well as further development of processes Active contribution of ideas and driving cultural change in the area of safety Your skills Completed training as an ASA specialist Several years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health protection is an advantage You enjoy being on the move in the company, roll up your sleeves and actively seek exchange You communicate clearly, approach people openly and convince through your manner You are an independent, reliable and implementation-strong personality Very good German skills, other languages are a plus Build trust through consistent and reliable actions Use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Why do you start with us?
