To meet the needs of our client, we are looking for a: Invisible Baguette Setter [M/F/X] Responsibilities • Autonomously perform invisible baguette setting on high watchmaking components (cases, bezels, bracelet links, dials and other precious elements). • Ensure the preparation, adjustment and mounting of stones according to the technical and aesthetic requirements specific to invisible setting. • Guarantee perfect alignment, irreproachable regularity and a finishing quality in accordance with Haute Horlogerie standards. • Control the visual and technical quality of the set components throughout the manufacturing process. • Identify and anticipate any technical constraints related to the components and propose suitable solutions. • Collaborate closely with the preparation, manual finishing and quality control workshops. • Participate in the continuous improvement of setting methods and processes. Profile • CFC in setting, equivalent training or significant experience in high-precision setting. • Proven experience and mastery of invisible baguette setting, with perfect autonomy in the realization of complex components in haute-horlogerie. • Excellent knowledge of precious stones, in particular baguette diamonds. • Very great dexterity, precision and sense of detail. • Ability to work on pieces with very high added value in a demanding environment. • Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence. • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different professions in Haute Horlogerie.
