Sales Administrator 80-100% / Permanent Introduction On behalf of our client, a successful and established company in the wood and parquet industry based in the eastern Zurich area (central location, parking spaces in front of the building), we are looking for an experienced Type of work In this versatile role, you are responsible for the complete order processing. This includes tasks in order processing, processing order confirmations, creating offers, delivery notes and invoices. Furthermore, you are active in purchasing and monitor delivery dates, create delivery reminders and are responsible for updating master data. You ensure the incoming goods, check the delivery documents and pick customer orders. Our client offers you a varied position with a lot of scope for maneuver and exciting development opportunities. Requirement profile To be successful in this responsible position, you have a commercial apprenticeship, or have completed a technical basic training with additional commercial training (e.g., technical). You have already been able to gain several years of experience in a similar role in sales administration and customer advisory, preferably in the industrial trading environment. You communicate confidently in German (spoken and written) as well as well in [ösisch]. Good English skills are also an advantage. You are proficient in using MS-Office and can also draw on professional practice relating to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Abacus, NAV etc.).
