Your tasks:

• You are responsible for sourcing and recruiting along the Candidate Journey End to End
• You are the central contact person for managers in all recruitment matters and accompany them along all touchpoints (including clarification of orders, selection and interview design)
• You ensure that the Candidate Journey is efficient and experience-oriented and actively contribute inputs for optimization
• You use digital solutions and analytics to accelerate recruiting processes, design them positively and manage them based on data
• You support recruiting trainings and convey best practices for modern personnel recruitment

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in recruitment and a passion for contemporary personnel recruitment
• Joy in the further development of modern personnel recruitment as well as the courage to take new paths
• Affinity and understanding for AI, automation and digitalization
• Knowledge of agile working methods and collaborative working style
• Decisiveness and proactive behavior
• Excellent German skills, good French skills an advantage
