In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR & recruitment Assistant (M/F). We offer you a dynamic professional project within a cohesive team, with the possibility to actively participate in many projects. The activity rate is flexible and can vary from 50% to 100% depending on your profile.
Your future responsibilities:
You will ensure the reception and welcome of candidates and our temporary employees.
You will be responsible for the entry of hours and the administrative management of assignments.
You will be the preferred interlocutor for accident declarations, family allowance requests and questions relating to salary statements.
You will support the recruitment process, from the analysis of applications to the pre-selection of profiles.
You will be an available, proactive, flexible and involved interlocutor for our candidates and employees.
You will be an ambassador of our company, its values and its principles.
Your profile:
You perfectly master French and have excellent writing skills.
You have good knowledge of German, which constitutes a real asset.
Ideally, you have a first experience in the personnel placement sector or in a dynamic HR department.
You have a good mastery of standard IT tools.
You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigor, relational skills...).
You are a trustworthy, sunny, smiling and discreet person.
You have a good knowledge of the Biel region and its surroundings, which constitutes an asset
Whether you are university-educated or self-taught, you are above all a passionate talent motivated to learn.
You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
