To further build our nursing organization in Switzerland, we are looking for you starting immediately. Your tasks You conduct initial appointments with our clients on-site and take over counseling as well as needs assessment — with the goal of convincing family caregivers of our offer and actively bringing about the conclusion of the contract You are the face of our initial appointment team and ensure that our first impression with clients and relatives is professional, empathetic, and convincing You grasp nursing situations quickly, make sound clinical assessments, and initiate the next steps in a structured manner — even without consultation You understand the importance of the care mandate, prepare it correctly, and ensure that the care-relevant foundations are cleanly created You are in exchange with other Spitex organizations and other relevant partners You ensure clear documentation and hand over in a structured manner to the responsible nursing care person as well as to internal interfaces You perform administrative activities independently in the home office What you bring with you Completed training in nursing at tertiary level (Dipl.
