• advise our customers by telephone with your courteous and flexible manner
• together with your female and male colleagues, you are responsible for the entire offer and sales processing
• ensure the operational day-to-day business and the satisfaction of our customers
• regularly monitor your pending orders and offers
• carry out situational clarifications with suppliers
• perform general tasks related to advice and order processing
• support the field service administratively
• undertake occasional assignments in the showroom

You have/are…

• completed a commercial or carpenter (EFZ) training
• professional experience in the timber trade or verifiable experience in sales internal service
• a sales flair and possess great negotiation skills in exchange with customers and suppliers
• sound basic knowledge of the common MS Office programs and are familiar with ERP systems (advantageous BC)
