In order to strengthen our catering team for the period of November and December, we are looking for a: Grocery Store Clerk (100% - M/F) Your missions • Ensure the setup and restocking of the Grocery store. • Support the Grocery store manager in daily tasks. • Be able to ensure sales and handle payments. • Ensure quality table service according to Millennium standards. • Coordinate orders and ensure logistics for year-end gift sets. Your profile • CFC catering or a title deemed equivalent. • Recognized professional experience; experience in high-end establishments (an asset). • Being used to large volumes and knowing how to manage a demanding clientele. • Knowledge of oenology, spirits, and gourmet grocery products. • Knowledge of hygiene standards. • Sense of detail, speed, and quality of execution. • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate actively within a group. • Neat and discreet presentation. • Availability and flexibility. • Spoken and written French, good knowledge of English. • Knowledge of cash register systems.
