Receiving telephone calls and initial consultation of customers as well as coordination of appointments

You have a commercial education and already have experience in customer support
You have an exact way of working and are an open and communicative personality
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and are helpful
You speak German as a native language and possess very good English and French skills
