In the newly created function Responsible for Applications you ensure the operation and continuous further development of our central applications and digital solutions. Our system landscape includes Microsoft 365, web and recruiting applications as well as our own industry solution with integrated CRM. At the interface between specialist departments and external service partners, you accompany projects from needs analysis through specification, testing and acceptance to documentation and training. With smart digital solutions, you create tangible added value internally and along the entire customer and candidate process. In addition, as deputy to the Head of Online Marketing, you support the planning and implementation of digital campaigns. You have training and further education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Tasks in application responsibility are as familiar to you as working with external IT partners or web agencies. You appreciate a familiar SME environment in which operational tasks such as testing, first-level support and user training are just as much a part of it as the conception and implementation of projects. Know-how in digital applications, interest in process automation and AI-supported solutions as well as a structured, independent way of working characterize you.
