Quality Specialist - Food Industry (M/F) # \- Ensure the monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement of the quality system across the entire site. Key tasks: \- Updating raw material specifications \- Hygiene audits and internal audits \- Monitoring of control plans \- Verification of production records \- Internal training (hygiene, control) \- Active participation in HACCP \- Drafting and monitoring of customer specifications \- Proofreading of packaging texts \- Quality administrative work (archiving, documentation) \- Food technology engineer, proven experience in a similar position \- Proficiency with the Office suite; SAP is an asset \- English mastered; German is a plus \- Ability to manage a large volume of information \- Flexible, committed, reactive, stress-resistant \- Important asset: residence in Nord vaudois or maximum 30 min from Yverdon-les-Bains Additional information: \- Contract type: Permanent full-time \- Start date: As soon as possible \- Activity rate: 100% \- Location: Chéseaux-Noréaz, canton of Vaud \- Language: French - Fluent, English - Good level, German - Good level
