As part of the development of our team in Monthey, we are looking for a fiduciary mandate and advisory manager.

Your missions

As a Fiduciary Mandate and Advisory Manager, your main missions will include:

• Autonomous management of a varied client portfolio, including SMEs, self-employed individuals, and private individuals.
• Bookkeeping, preparation of annual closings, and tax returns.
• Assistance and advice regarding accounting, taxation, and finance.
• Development of trusting relationships with clients.
• Participation in the audit of annual accounts for regional SMEs.
• Supervision and training of employees within the team.

Your profile

• Federal fiduciary diploma or federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (or training deemed equivalent)
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience acquired in the fiduciary branch.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting and taxation.
• Mastery of common IT tools and accounting software.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills and client orientation.
• Ability to supervise and mentor employees.
• Experience in auditing is an asset.
