Tasks: • Service-oriented reception and care of our internal and external guests • Serving food and drinks, attentive and professional • Mise en Place activities and setting tables • Assisting with events and functions throughout the house, also in the evenings • Cash handling and invoicing • Creating a pleasant atmosphere, attention to detail • Compliance with hygiene and food regulations, general cleaning tasks Requirements profile: • Solid professional experience in à la carte and banquet service • Familiarity with direct invoicing and correct cash register accounting with TCPOS in the evening • High social competence and enjoyment of customer contact and interaction with older people • Team player • Flexibility, fixed days off not possible • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking We offer: • Pleasant working hours, continuous services usually from 8:30 – 17:30 or 10:45 – 17:30 and 2 weekends off per month, deployment plan available 1.5 months in advance • Supportive team • Generous employment conditions, e.g. at least 5 weeks of vacation plus 3 additional paid free days per year, allowances for Sa/Su/Ft, above-average social benefits, discounts for staff restaurant, free drinks/fruit, free parking, work clothes provided daily for free, as well as other attractive benefits (see website www.suhrhard.ch) We look forward to your application.
