What you can achieve: Secure and cost-optimized stock disposition for the Electronics product group Order processing with the ERP system for new and existing items Checking order confirmations Securing delivery dates / delivery date reminders Processing error messages Processing and implementing eForms (change notifications, item integrations) Recording and monitoring quantity contracts Maintenance of article master data in the ERP Requesting and evaluating offers in consultation with the Strategic Procurement Manager Participation in optimization projects in procurement Participation in supplier evaluation Checking and approving supplier invoices Compliance with processes, governance, and compliance What you bring with you: Completed basic training in the field of electronics or electrical engineering Further training as a specialist in purchasing or in Supply Chain Management Experience as an operational purchaser in an industrial environment Reliable personality with entrepreneurial thinking Independent, structured, and conscientious way of working Self-initiative, negotiation skills, and assertiveness Open, communicative, and integrous person Team player Very good ERP and Office skills Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written Learn more about professional opportunities at Hamilton at .
