Our client is a modern fiduciary company in the city of Luzern. Both companies and private individuals appreciate the wide range of services and use them regularly. To expand the team, we are looking for a person who wants to dare to enter the fiduciary sector with sound specialist knowledge or who already brings corresponding industry experience.

Your tasks

• Managing SME mandates with up to approx. 20 employees
• Maintaining financial accounting and subsidiary ledgers
• Creating and processing VAT returns
• Carrying out payroll processing including social security settlements
• Supporting the preparation of tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Participating in interim and annual financial statements according to OR
• Independent preparation of financial statements according to OR (with corresponding experience)
• Advising and maintaining direct contact with our customers

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the fiduciary sector
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting and/or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in financial accounting, payroll processing, and taxation is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and accounting according to OR
• Independent, exact, and customer-oriented way of working
• Responsible, team-oriented, and communicative personality
• Applicants who are looking to enter the fiduciary industry and bring corresponding basics or experience are also very welcome
• German: Business fluent (C2)
