Main missions:

• Prepare, organize and supervise electrical construction sites (high voltage and/or low voltage) in compliance with execution plans and specifications.
• Supervise and motivate teams of electricians in the field, including apprentices.
• Ensure technical and administrative coordination between the different stakeholders (client, design offices, other trades, suppliers).
• Manage the supply of electrical material and ensure its proper use.
• Guarantee the quality of installations, in compliance with Swiss standards (NIBT) and current safety rules.
• Monitor the progress of work, and ensure reporting to the works manager or the project manager.
• Participate in tests, commissioning and clearing of reservations.
• Keep construction site documents up to date (measurements, plans, reports, timesheets, acceptance minutes).

Profile sought:

• Training in the field of electricity (CFC installateur-électricien is an asset).
• Confirmed experience in managing electrical construction sites, in Suisse.
• Good knowledge of NIBT standards and safety procedures.
• Organizational skills and ability to anticipate.
• Natural leadership and team spirit. Ease with IT tools (Winprogitel, Office, etc.).
• Driving license B mandatory
• Native French speaker or very good knowledge
