Our goods provision is responsible for order picking, internal transport, and goods outbound. For the goods outbound, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as Head of Goods Outbound. In this function, you are directly subordinate to the Head of Goods Provision department and belong to the lower management level. You work in a weekly rotation in two shifts (Early: – Uhr and Late: – Uhr).

• Organizational, technical, and personnel leadership of one team leader and ten employees
• Active assistance in daily operational business
• Ensuring flawless and timely goods provision of customer orders in compliance with all safety regulations
• Responsible for an efficient and smooth goods outbound
• Controlling, implementation, and monitoring of work processes
• Monitoring performance targets, work quality, order, and cleanliness
• Participation in projects

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a Logistikerin/Logistiker EFZ
• A higher vocational education (FA, diploma) in logistics is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics as well as leadership experience
• High self- and social competence, team player, resilient and flexible, as well as an assertive and decisive personality
• Good German skills as well as very good MS Office skills

About us
