The HR team consists of eleven employees and is responsible for all personnel-related topics – from recruiting and onboarding to employee care and development, as well as labor law and cultural issues.

What you do

• Winning new colleagues for Repower and accompanying the entire recruiting process
• Identifying trends and innovations in the labor market as well as introducing new ideas and approaches
• Helping to shape and further develop our Employer Branding activities
• Close cooperation with HR Services and HR Business Partners as well as undertaking administrative activities in personnel development
• Representing Repower at university and career fairs

What you bring

• Experience in recruiting and knowledge in HR marketing
• Further training as an HR Assistant, HR Specialist with federal diploma, studies with a focus on HR or comparable qualification (HF/FH/Bachelor)
• Strong communication skills as well as a solution-oriented way of thinking with negotiation skills
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in the coordination of various appointments and activities
• Willingness to travel within the Canton of Graubünden
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good Italian skills (B2-C1)
