Responsibilities

• Lead production and ensure the smooth running of projects
• Distribute tasks and manage workshop resources
• Supervise and develop employee skills
• Guarantee the quality of achievements and respect for deadlines
• Ensure the follow-up of orders and manufacturing priorities
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and technical teams
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Profile

• CFC in carpentry or a title deemed equivalent
• Significant experience in manufacturing and fitting
• Experience in team management or strong managerial potential
• Mastery of carpentry techniques and materials
• Sense of organization, rigor and spirit of initiative
• Ease in exchanges with clients and various project interlocutors
