Missions Your main responsibilities are: Team management & business development Within a dynamic environment, you take responsibility for a team of about ten employees whom you support in achieving their objectives. You ensure the development of each person's skills, promote cohesion, and establish a culture of sustainable performance. On a daily basis, you monitor activity through management indicators, analyze results, and contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods in order to optimize operational efficiency. Development and growth In parallel, you actively participate in the development of the business by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the implementation of growth actions. You intervene on high value-added files, develop relationships with strategic partners, and collaborate closely with the management bodies in order to support the ambitions of the organization. Your main responsibilities Manage, motivate and grow a team of about ten people; Support employees in their development and success; Ensure performance monitoring and the achievement of objectives; Participate in the optimization of processes and organization; Contribute to the development of new business opportunities; Represent the company to key external and internal interlocutors; Collaborate with management on development and growth projects. Candidate profile You have proven successful experience of at least 5 years in real estate brokerage in Geneva. You have a solid understanding of the Geneva real estate environment and are able to identify development opportunities in a demanding and competitive market. You benefit from an established professional network in Geneva that you know how to maintain and develop. You have demonstrated your ability to develop a business, conquer new opportunities and generate sustainable growth. You are recognized for your excellent customer orientation as well as for your interpersonal skills, your listening skills and your ability to create lasting relationships of trust. You possess confirmed experience in the management and steering of results-oriented teams. You are comfortable with performance analysis and decision-making based on monitoring indicators and numerical data. You know how to combine strategic vision and operational approach in order to contribute effectively to the development of the business.
