You accompany and support garage owners with complex fault diagnoses and repairs – remotely or directly on-site. You offer competent support via our diagnostic hotline. You train and instruct customers as well as the ESA sales team in the handling of diagnostic devices and their software. You advise internal departments (purchasing, sales, warranty) and always keep an eye on technical innovations. What you bring with you Completed training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ and further training as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician Passenger Cars with a federal professional diploma (eidg. Fachausweis). Several years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and vehicle systems. Strong communication skills, social competence, and a confident appearance – both on the telephone and in direct customer contact. Very good German skills and French or Italian skills. Confident handling of MS Office and enthusiasm for technical innovations. Independent, structured way of working and pronounced analytical skills.
