Then you are in the right place with us. As a quality engineer in customer support, you make a decisive contribution to effective quality management. You handle customer feedback independently and decide on the appropriate method for problem analysis in a responsible manner. You act as an interface between the customer, development and sales, thus making a significant contribution to quality improvement, continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.
