IT Systems Engineer

Tasks:

• Installation of hardware and software
• Configuring IT systems
• Preparing offers
• Intervention at the customer's site
• Monitoring and managing IT systems
• 1st and 2nd support
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions (by telephone, electronically, or on-site)
• Creating documentation

Requirements:

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., Informatiker:in EFZ) or

comparable qualification with sound practical experience

• Knowledge in the M365 environment
• Logical and networked thinking
• Exact way of thinking and working
• Independence, patience and perseverance
• Teamwork skills, loyalty and good manners
• Readiness for potential weekend shifts
• Readiness for weekend and evening on-call duty
• Good German skills, oral and written
