Your tasks

• You bear responsibility for the nursing process of the patients assigned to you, based on the nursing models applied in the Klinik Lengg
• You supervise and accompany our HF students and FaGe learners in the function of a vocational trainer
• Within the framework of a LAG concept, you promote practice-related education in a self-directed manner and bear responsibility for the qualification process
• You provide competent nursing care and supervision to our patients in an interprofessional treatment team consisting of therapists, doctors, as well as staff from logistics

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• You are enthusiastic about vocational training, enjoy passing on your knowledge, and bring the necessary sensitivity and social competence in dealing with students and learners
• Further training as a vocational trainer SVEB or the willingness to complete this
• You are characterized as a resilient, communicative, and open personality and enjoy working in a team
• You demonstrate high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Good organizational talent as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation complete your profile
