A full-time Residential Sales Broker
Your mission:
As part of the development of our sales department, we are looking for a real estate broker specialized in the residential sector (apartments and villas). You will play a key role in supporting our clients throughout their real estate project, from the taking of the mandate until the final signature.
Your responsibilities:
Prospect and develop a portfolio of residential real estate properties
Estimate the value of properties (apartments and villas) and advise owners
Ensure the promotion of objects (advertisements, visits, enhancement)
Organize and carry out visits with potential clients
Accompany buyers and sellers at each step of the sales process
Negotiate sales conditions and ensure the follow-up of transactions
Maintain an active watch of the local real estate market
Your profile:
Proven experience in real estate brokerage, ideally residential
Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market
Developed commercial flair and sense of customer service
Ability to work independently and results-oriented
Interpersonal skills, sense of negotiation and listening
Proficiency in standard IT tools
Driver's license indispensable
